JACKING FOR TRACKS
Dipset member Jha Jha is claiming that Foxy Brown and Koch Records stole her song called ?Lights Out?.

The Florida bred rapper recently revealed to Young, Black And Fabulous that she recorded ?Lights Out? in March at a studio owned by Koch Records Vice President, Bob Perry.
Jha Jha claims that Perry told her he liked the song and they both kept a copy of it but now ?Lights Out? is being touted as the first single from Foxy?s album dropping next month.
Jha Jha says that she has tried to contact  Perry about the issue but  he hasn?t returned her calls.
?I wrote the song months ago,? Jha Jha said.  ? I visited Bob Perry?s studio on numerous occasions, and he initially gave me the beat.  I spent that night writing the hook and laying down my rap to it.  I was going to use it for the Jim Jones' Byrd Gang album but decided not to since I parted way with Jim.  Koch Records knows what they did was wrong, especially Bob Perry.?
Whether Jha Jha will take any legal action is still unknown.
