$19 Million Lawsuit Against Diddy Included FBI Documents Forged By Inmate Who Duped LA TimesThe federal inmate who faked FBI documents that linked Sean ?Diddy? Combs to 2Pac's 1994 shooting also used the aforementioned documents in the $19 million lawsuit he filed against the Bad Boy mogul last year.
As reported earlier, The Los Angeles Times ran a story two weeks ago that claimed Diddy and The Game's manager (Jimmy 'Henchman' Rosemond) planned Tupac Shakur's ambush at the Quad Recording Studio in New York in 1994.
Tupac would be robbed and shot five times during the ambush and survived.
The Times would cite FBI documents as its source but The Smoking Gun would challenge The Times? article proving that the documents they used were forged by James Sabatino, a delusional rap fanatic who is currently incarcerated and is a reputed scam artist.
According to The Associated Press, Sabatino?s lawsuit, which he filed against Diddy in November 2007, also included the forged FBI documents.
In the lawsuit, Sabatino claimed Diddy agreed to footage of Notorious B.I.G. from him for $200,000 but failed to fully compensate him.
Diddy and his attorney's have not publicly commented on the suit since it filing.
